Get Your Confidence back!

There's a lot to unpack with a diagnosis. But I'm here to tell you that you can still have a vibrant life. You can still live the life you want to live with hearing loss. As an African American woman who is hard of hearing, I understand exactly what you're feeling.  I was there over 20 years ago.

“You need to be seen, you need to be heard.” Actually, you need to be understood in a way that doesn't make you feel ashamed, or embarrassed, but rather, included when enjoying life with others, with your family, and with your friends. How do you communicate? How do you speak as an advocate for yourself?

Coaching to boost your confidence with strategies, resources, and support to get the most out of living vibrantly.

Are you feeling your life has changed drastically because you've just been diagnosed with hearing loss? You may be feeling lost, shocked, unprepared, or angry. You may be grieving. Or you may just feel embarrassed.

I've designed a unique coaching solution to give you unwavering support. As someone who has successfully navigated effective ways to communicate, I fully empathize and can help you strategize ways to navigate challenges that come your way as you adjust to living with hearing loss.

How we can work together.

I have developed strategies and techniques to help you navigate, advocate, and educate in four areas for your life to live that vibrant life. That is what V. Adams Coaching is all about. And we do this with 90-minute breakout sessions, six-week programs, community relationships, and resources within your reach.

If this sounds like something you're interested in, and you have more questions, book a Discovery call, and let's talk and see if it's a good fit.

If you already know this is what you need and you’re ready to jump in, go ahead and click that button and let's get started with a “walk it through, talk it through” session. Let's get to work.

Acceptance is the key to success, as embracing the reality and challenges of hearing impairment is the first step to enhancing the confidence to assert yourself and pursue life goals.”

My Mission.

V Adams Coaching is all about taking the stigma that you may feel as an African American woman who is hard of hearing and helping you become more confident in your daily interactions. I’m here to help you navigate with strategies and techniques to support you and to hold you accountable on your journey to a vibrant life so that you can continue comfortably as an African American with hearing loss.

Meet Coach V.

It took me this long to realize it, but you suffer a lot more from hiding your hearing loss than you do if you face up to it!
